Site Manager
Long-term role with a well-established main contractor from Peterborough on a warehouse refurbishment project. Minimum 6 months with a view to 12, and genuine potential to go permanent for the right person.
The role:
- Day-to-day running of site operations on a warehouse refurbishment
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Maintaining programme, budget and quality standards
- Ensuring H&S and CDM compliance throughout
- Client-facing — progress updates and site meetings
- Snagging, inspections and defect resolution
What we're looking for:
- Proven Site Manager background in commercial refurbishment or industrial projects
- Warehouse or large-scale refurbishment experience preferred
- SMSTS essential
- CSCS required
- First Aid at Work desirable
- Available to start ASAP
