Site Manager – Groundworks

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Rate: Negotiable DOE – Outside IR35
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-Term / Ongoing

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established groundworks contractor on a groundworks package in the Bracknell area.

This is a long-term opportunity with further work available for the right candidate, offering the chance to build a strong ongoing relationship with a busy contractor.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day groundworks activities.

• Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors.

• Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard.

• Monitor progress, quality and Health & Safety.

• Liaise with engineers and the wider project team.

• Coordinate labour, plant and materials.

• Resolve site issues and maintain programme.

Requirements

• Previous Site Manager experience within groundworks.

• Strong groundworks background.

• SMSTS – Essential.

• CSCS – Essential.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Additional relevant tickets are advantageous.
