Freelance Site Manager Required in East London
GVR Solutions are currently working alongside a well-established main contractor who are looking for a Site Manager to join them on a hospital project in East London, doing a mix of refurbishment and fit-out works.
Duration: 4+ weeks
Rate: £290pd CIS
Scope: Varied refurbishment & fit-out works
Start date: ASAP
The Site Manager must have/be:
- Proven experience working on Healthcare projects
- Strong background working for a main contractor
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in Site Management
- Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Strong health & safety awareness and site compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
