Site Manager - Herts / Beds - Residential

I am currently in need of a Site Manager for a windows and doors replacement programme in the Hertfordshire / Bedfordshire area. The project is an on going windows and doors replacement programme for a housing association.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, sequencing, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidates ASAP.

There is also the chance for this position to go permanent within the first 6 months.
