Site Manager Required – Family Run Contractor – Natwest Framework – Regional Workloads (Kent) 

Invision are currently representing a £50 Million Turnover Contractor who are seeking to recruit a Site Manager to work on and lead projects around Kent & South East.  My client turn operate throughout the Commercial Office, Retail, Education, Healthcare and hospitality sectors. Project values are up to £5 million per project.

Role Scope:

We are looking for a Site Manager to work solely on the Natwest Bank Framework Contracts which includes refurbishments, external works, restoration, roofing and minor new build. 

Other frameworks include: Grosvenor Estates, McMullan Pubs & Metropolitan Police.
This contract was won from ISG and is a key client for the contractor, due to the size of the workload the contractor has opened a regional office in Sittingbourne, Kent. 

• Serve as the main point of contact between the client, consultants, and site operations. 
• Provide regular updates to project managers and clients, including site reports, progress photos, and meeting minutes. 
• Handle tenant/occupant communication sensitively if refurbishment occurs in occupied buildings.
