Ready to step up and take ownership of new refurbishment project in Oxford? This is an opportunity to join a respected main contractor who have a unique and interesting project starting in Oxford

Project

  • External refurbishment of a Heritage/Listed Theatre in Central Oxford
  • You will be lead Manager and play a key part in the successful delivery of this project

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running external refurbishment & maintenance works
  • Managing projects from start to finish
  • Coordinating trades and subcontractors to keep the programme on track
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients
  • Ensuring Health & Safety and quality standards are met
  • Keeping site paperwork and reporting fully up to date

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in city centre refurbishment projects
  • Strong communication and client‑facing ability
  • Confident with paperwork, reporting and IT
  • CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
  • Able to provide 2 recent references
  • Professional, proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
