We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in the South that specializes in delivery of high end residential builds across the area. They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a £1.25m new build property in Winchester from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience of running high end residential

Requirements:

• SMSTS & First Aid required

• At least 3 years experience working as a Site Manager on high end residential projects

• Trade background
