We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a 12-month commercial construction project based in Hull.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.
- Monitor programme, quality, and health & safety compliance.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and the project management team.
- Maintain accurate site records and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black/Manager Card, and First Aid at Work certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver projects to programme
