Our client is a well-established, award-winning main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering complex commercial office developments across London, specialising in cut-and-carve refurbishments and new-build schemes.

We are currently assisting them in their search for a Freelance Site Manager to join the team on a £150m CAT A commercial office fit-out based in Canary Wharf.

This is one of several major projects currently being delivered by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining programme and quality standards, and reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager.

To be considered, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid qualification, along with previous experience delivering large-scale commercial office fit-out projects for a main contractor.
