Site Manager – New Build Care Homes & Later Living

We're seeking an ambitious Site Manager to join a respected main contractor delivering quality new build care home and later living schemes.

The Role

• Manage daily site activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed to programme.
• Maintain quality and health & safety standards.
• Assist with project delivery from start to completion.
• Work closely with the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager.

Requirements

• Previous Site Manager experience on new build projects.
• Main contractor background.
• Experience within care homes, residential or later living projects is advantageous.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Package

• Competitive salary dependent on experience.
• £5,000 Car Allowance.
• 10% Annual Bonus (paid in April if company profit targets are met – achieved for the last five years).
