Site Manager / Site Supervisor – Town Hall Refurbishment

Duration: 3–4 weeks
Role: Site Manager / Site Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee a town hall refurbishment project in Chippenham, starting Wednesday 23rd September.

The role will involve overseeing a small number of tradesmen and subcontractors on site, managing day-to-day activities, maintaining health and safety standards and reporting progress directly to the Project Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing tradesmen and subcontractors on site

  • Coordinating day-to-day site activities

  • Monitoring progress and reporting back to the Project Manager

  • Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed

  • Carrying out general site checks and maintaining site standards

  • Coordinating trades and dealing with any issues that arise

  • Ensuring the site remains safe, clean and well organised

About You

This role would suit an experienced Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Working Supervisor. We would also consider a skilled Labourer with strong site experience who holds SSSTS or SMSTS and is comfortable taking responsibility for supervising trades.
