24 Weeks | £300k Project | Fit-Out / D&B

I’m currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to take full responsibility for a £300k warehouse conversion project.

This is a stand-alone Site Manager role, running the project from site and taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery, subcontractors, health & safety, programme and quality.

You’ll be working for a new, small and ambitious D&B fit-out contractor, so they need someone who is comfortable taking ownership of a project and getting stuck in.

The Role:

• 24-week freelance contract
• £300k warehouse conversion
• Stand-alone Site Manager position
• Managing subcontractors and site activity
• Programme, quality and H&S responsibility
• Reporting back to the Contracts/Project team

Ideally you’ll have:

• Fit-out / refurbishment / warehouse experience
• SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS
• Experience running your own projects
• A hands-on, proactive approach
