Experienced Site Manager required for a groundworks project in Bicester with an immediate start available.

My client is looking for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong groundworks/civils background to take control of an active site and drive works forward safely and efficiently.

This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive negotiable day rate and Outside IR35 status.

The Role

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations

• Managing labour and subcontractors on site

• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance

• Monitoring progress against programme

• Maintaining site paperwork and reporting

• Driving productivity and quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on groundworks / civils projects

• Strong understanding of infrastructure and external works

• SMSTS

• CSCS Card

• First Aid at Work (preferred)

• Ability to start immediately
