We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming school refurbishment project in Stourbridge.
Project Scope:
- Library refurbishment
- Fire alarm installations/upgrades
- Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works
- Heating system upgrades
- General internal refurbishment works
- Live school environment
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (essential)
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Card
- Proven experience on school / education refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of H&S compliance in live environments
- Ability to manage subcontractors and programme delivery
Role Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site management and coordination
- Ensuring works are delivered safely in a live school setting
- Managing trades and sequencing works
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Liaising with school staff and client representatives
- Driving programme to completion

📍 Stourbridge, West Midlands
Duration:
Temporary / Project-based (with potential follow-on works)
