Finishing Manager - Student Accommodation
Location: Dundee
Rate: Negotiable
Duration: Temporary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a student accommodation project in Dundee.

This role is focused on managing the final stages of the build, ensuring works are completed to a high standard and ready for handover. This is not a snagging role.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the finishing phase of the project.

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors.

  • Ensure high-quality finishes throughout.

  • Monitor programme and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Maintain health & safety standards on site.

  • Liaise with the Project Manager and site team to ensure a smooth completion.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Finishing Manager on residential or student accommodation projects.

  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

  • Strong eye for quality and excellent organisational skills.

  • Ability to drive the programme through to completion.
