Site Manager

Immediate start available for experienced Site managers at Stansted airport.

Qualifications needed to apply for this position.

NVQ Level 6, SMSTS (5 day course), CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness and clean driving license.

We are looking to speak to experienced site manager who have worked on high security projects before, someone who is confident enough to contribute to pre construction planning, is happy to manage / supervise a number of different teams and a collective, alongside mentoring other supervisors, managers who you will be working along side. This includes ensuring all ITPs, RAMS, permits and site documents are integrated into project straight before mobilization. Lead daily meetings, making sure teams / individuals are aware of daily duties and tasks and managing workforce allocation.

Champion a safety fist culture, something that is vital working on airport projects, which could involve projects being both airside and landside. Working to targets and tight deadlines and much more, that can be discussed over phone calls with me.

This position will usually be 7.30-5pm, Monday to Friday. 45 hours per week, however there could be times when projects are done at different times of the day. If you ever are asked to work after 5pm through to evening shifts, rates are paid at time and a half. This is something that could happen at short notice and frequently throughout the year.
