Site Manager – M&E Refurbishment Projects

Location: London – Multiple Sites
Start: First week of September
Contract: 4 weeks initially
Rate: £300 per day CIS

The Opportunity

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a programme of refurbishment and M&E projects across multiple sites in London.

This is an initial 4-week contract, starting the first week of September, and would suit a Site Manager with experience managing refurbishment and building services works within live and operational environments.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of works across multiple sites, including:

• Managing refurbishment and M&E works from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades across multiple locations.
• Managing site programmes and ensuring works remain on schedule.
• Overseeing Health & Safety, RAMS, permits and site compliance.
• Monitoring quality and progress of works.
• Liaising with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Managing works within live and occupied environments while minimising disruption.
• Providing regular progress updates and reporting.
• Managing snagging, completion and handover.

Requirements

• Previous Site Management experience delivering refurbishment and M&E projects.
• Experience managing multiple sites or projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• SMSTS.
• CSCS.
• First Aid.
• Strong subcontractor and Health & Safety management experience.
• Able to travel between sites across London.
