Walker & Sloan are working with an outstanding commercial refurbishment contractor to recruit an ambitious Site Manager to join their growing delivery team.

Our client has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit out projects across the commercial sector, working with a broad portfolio of repeat clients throughout the South West. Their projects typically range up to c.£1 million in value and are renowned for their quality, attention to detail, and collaborative approach.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint a Site Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional projects while developing their career within a progressive and people-focused business.

The Role

As Site Manager, you'll take responsibility for the successful day-to-day delivery of commercial refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Working closely with the Project Manager, commercial team, clients and subcontractors, you'll coordinate site operations, manage trade contractors, and maintain excellent communication throughout each stage of the project.

With projects typically ranging up to £1 million, you'll enjoy a varied workload across office refurbishments, commercial fit outs, and internal refurbishment schemes where organisation, quality and client service are paramount.

About You

You'll already have experience managing refurbishment or fit out projects for a main contractor and be confident leading site teams within live commercial environments.

You'll possess excellent organisational skills, strong health & safety awareness, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. You'll also enjoy solving problems on site and ensuring projects are delivered right first time.
