Site Managers

O'Neill and Brennan are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a 3-month contract.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a live timber frame housing development, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all on-site construction activities from timber frame erection through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme milestones are achieved.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure work meets company standards.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Keep accurate site records and report on progress.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments.
• Previous experience working with timber frame construction is essential.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards, health & safety and quality control.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates are required.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
