Site / Project Manager - London / Essex - Residential

I am currently recruiting for a Site / Project Manager for a main contractor based in Essex & London to work on multiple projects ranging from £250k up to £1 million within sectors including commercial, residential and healthcare within London and the Home Counties.

Key duties will be -

• Manage and assist with delivering projects operationally
• Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Carry out site visits, progress reviews, and snagging inspections
