Site Supervisor – Norwich

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join a busy construction project in Norwich, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain high standards of workmanship
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Liaise with site management, clients, and trades to ensure smooth project delivery
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimise delays
- Maintain accurate site records and reports as required
Requirements
- Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) Certificate
- Valid Gold CSCS Card
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and site procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work
