Site Supervisor

Coba Education is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to support a welcoming primary school in Northampton on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on individual who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-presented school environment. The school can offer flexibility around working hours, with a total of 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and securing the school site
• Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld across the site
• Managing site security and access for visitors and contractors
• Monitoring and reporting maintenance issues
• Supporting with deliveries, room setups, and general site duties
• Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of external areas

To Be Considered, You Must:

• Hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service
• Have previous experience working in a Site Supervisor, Caretaker, Facilities, or Premises Management role
• Have a strong understanding of health and safety procedures
• Be reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Be able to undertake practical maintenance and site management tasks
