Earthworks Site Supervisor – Lower Thames Crossing

We are seeking an experienced Earthworks Site Supervisor for works on the Lower Thames Crossing project.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity on a major infrastructure scheme, working within a busy bulk earthworks environment.

Requirements:

• Strong bulk earthworks background
• SSSTS
• CSCS Gold Card
• Experience supervising operatives and heavy plant on large civils projects
• Good understanding of site safety and daily coordination
• Plant tickets advantageous

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day earthworks activities
• Managing workforce and plant operations
• Monitoring safety, quality, and productivity
• Working closely with engineers and site management teams
