Site Supervisor – Civil Engineering

We are recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading UK civil engineering and earthworks contractor on a major long-term infrastructure scheme near March, Cambridgeshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale project with a well-established contractor delivering complex earthworks and civil engineering packages.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience within civil engineering
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance
• Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors and daily operations

Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day site activities
• Ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
• Coordinating labour, plant and subcontractors
• Monitoring progress and reporting to site management
• Maintaining quality and programme targets

Bulk earthworks experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
