Site Supervisor / Site Manager – Cladding

Project Duration: 30 weeks
Day Rate: Negotiable

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager with a strong background in cladding systems to oversee a major full-bank recladding project in Jersey.

The project will involve the installation of Cedral Click cladding, and we are looking for someone with proven site experience who can take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and management of the works.

The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the recladding project.

• Supervise cladding teams and subcontractors on site.

• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

• Coordinate labour, materials and site activities.

• Monitor progress against the project programme.

• Liaise with the project management team, contractors and other site personnel.

• Ensure all health & safety requirements and site procedures are followed.

• Carry out regular quality and progress checks.

• Help resolve site issues and coordinate works to keep the project on programme.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• Proven experience supervising or managing cladding projects.

• Good knowledge and practical experience of cladding systems.

• SSSTS or SMSTS.

• CSCS card.

• First Aid at Work qualification.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• The ability to manage trades and subcontractors and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

• Previous experience working on large-scale recladding projects would be advantageous.
