Position: Site Supervisor

Duration: Fixed term contract approx. 16 months

Location: Reigate, Surrey

Salary: From £45,000 to £50,000 per annum

 

We are looking for a Site Supervisor for a 16 month fixed term contract covering a large office refurbishment project in Reigate.

This large refurbishment project will be dealing with the completion of a full EPC upgrade (energy efficiency upgrade) for a multi storey office site.

There will already be a Project Manager on site, but we need this site supervisor to deal with all of the sub contractors on site, monitor and report back on daily completed work, inspect the site daily, maintenance of the site, ensuring the work is completed to health and safety standards etc.

The right person for this position will already have a background within Mechanical or Electrical maintenance or installation. They need to be holding a CSCS card (any level). They need to have experience working on a large commercial site preferably with M&E refurbishment experience. It is essential that this person can read technical drawings and have fundamental knowledge of health and safety. We would prefer this person to have a technical mechanical or electrical qualification or degree level.

This is a fixed term contract, however they will be paid directly by the client and not via an agency

Requirements

  • Able to commute to Reigate on a daily basis
  • Experience supervising either maintenance or installation projects
  • A knowledge of EPC would be a major advantage
  • Must hold a CSCS card
  • Strong knowledge of on sitehealth and safety
  • Holding a mechanical or electrical qualification
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Happy to complete a fixed term contract at a minimum of 16 months
  • Willing to be paid via PAYE
  • Must be able to complete the contract

Package

  • Monday to Friday on site
  • Site hours 8am until 5pm
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Paid on the 1stof every month
  • Immediate start
