Experienced Slaughterers (Beef and/or Lamb) Required – Northeast Scotland

360 Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking skilled and reliable Slaughterers to join our team for a great opportunity to secure ongoing work within a well-established meat processing environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out slaughtering duties on beef and/or lamb, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and animal welfare regulations.

• Salary – up to £900 per week
• Ongoing, long-term contract
• 28 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out slaughtering operations on beef and/or lamb
• Working efficiently on slaughter/pace lines
• Adhering to strict hygiene, safety, and welfare standards
• Supporting team targets and maintaining productivity

Requirements

• Proven experience as a slaughterer (beef and/or lamb)
• Experience working on slaughter or pace lines
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and animal welfare standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
