We are seeking a skilled and experienced SMART Repairer to join a reputable franchised dealership in Worcester. Duties of a SMART Repairer:
  • Carry out a wide range of cosmetic vehicle repairs, including stripping, refurbishing, and refitting components
  • Complete all aspects of SMART repairs in line with manufacturer standards
  • Ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
  • Work efficiently alongside a team of skilled Bodyshop Technicians as a SMART Repairer
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the use of PPE
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  • Provide excellent customer service within the dealership environment
Requirements of a SMART Repairer:
  • Previous experience in cosmetic repair, SMART repair, or accident repair is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team as a SMART Repairer
  • Good understanding of manufacturer repair procedures and standards
  • Commitment to health and safety protocols
  • Experience working within a bodyshop environment is advantageous
