We're working with a fast-growing consumer brand looking for a creative and social-first Social Media Executive to help drive engagement, brand awareness and online growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands digital culture, and enjoys creating content that performs.

The Role

You'll take ownership of day-to-day social content creation across platforms including TikTok and Instagram, producing engaging short-form content from concept through to publishing. Working closely with marketing teams and external creators, you'll help shape the brand's social presence and identify opportunities to grow audience engagement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Create, film and edit engaging short-form video content.
• Manage and maintain organic social channels.
• Develop trend-led and reactive content.
• Write compelling social copy, captions and hooks.
• Support campaign launches, events and behind-the-scenes content capture.
• Collaborate with creators, influencers and internal teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise content strategy.
• Manage community engagement across social platforms. 

About You

• Experience within social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and emerging social platforms.
• Confident using video editing tools such as CapCut or similar.
• Comfortable creating content independently from start to finish.
• Commercially aware, creative and data-driven.
• Previous experience within consumer-focused brands is desirable.
