Soft Landscaper/Labourer/Team leader

CSCS Soft Landscapers are needed for one of the UK's leading landscape/grounds maintenance company's

Permanent role after 13 weeks if all goes well

We are seeking 3 experienced Landscaping Operatives to join one of the UK's leading horticulture specialists. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to secure ongoing work with the potential to become permanent

Pay rate - £14.73 - Including holiday pay

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Landscaping
• A valid CSCS card (essential)
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality work
• Driving license is a bonus

Duties

General soft landscaping and grounds maintenance

 Planting trees, shrubs, plants and flowers

 Turfing and grass maintenance

 General landscaping duties as required

 Assisting with hard landscaping tasks when required

 Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe

 Working as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard

Landscaper Team Leaders are needed in the SG12 area, the duties will be to supervise a team of Landscapers who will be carrying out tasks such as Planting, Turfing, paving, slabbing, decking and Fencing, and all general soft/hard landscaping duties and to also carry out these same duties as well.

Duties

Supervise and lead a team of landscaping operatives

 Allocate daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently

 Carry out planting, turfing and general soft landscaping

 Carry out paving and slabbing works

 Install decking and fencing

 Complete general hard landscaping duties

 Prepare ground and carry out soil works

 Ensure all work is completed to a high standard

 Monitor team performance and productivity

 Ensure health & safety procedures are followed

 Liaise with management regarding progress and any issues

 Work alongside the team and lead by example

 Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe

A drivers license, team leading and landscaping experience and a cscs card is essential

Pay rate - £16.81 - Including holiday pay
