Software Sales Support & Product Demonstrator

Fully Remote | £35,000 per annum + Uncapped Monthly & Annual Bonuses | Full-time | Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a motivated and capable Sales Support Executive / Software Product Demonstrator to join a dynamic, growth-focused software company.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Software Sales Executive, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or Product Demonstrator to join a growing business offering a fully remote role, excellent earning potential, and genuine career progression.

You'll manage the full sales lifecycle, from generating new business opportunities through to closing deals, while becoming a product expert and delivering engaging software demonstrations to clients across a variety of industries.

• Generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.

• Carry out proactive outreach via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Deliver engaging software product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.

• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.

• Follow up leads and opportunities to maximise conversions.

• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.

• Work closely with marketing and technical teams to support the sales process.

• Become a product expert and confidently demonstrate software solutions across multiple industries.

• Minimum of two years' experience in a sales role, ideally within software, technology, SaaS, or a related sector.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to generate new business and manage the full sales cycle.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Goal-driven with a competitive and results-focused mindset.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel across the UK for conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings when required.

• £35,000 basic salary.

• Uncapped monthly and annual bonus scheme.
