Solar Installer

Marble Talent are currently recruiting for Solar Installers!

Working on residential installations, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions for our customers. You'll work alongside roofers and other skilled trades, installing solar PV, battery storage systems, ASHP electrical wiring, and DMEV ventilation systems to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities - 

• Installing residential solar PV systems and battery storage solutions.
• Carrying out electrical wiring for air source heat pumps (ASHPs).
• Installing DMEV ventilation systems.
• Testing, commissioning, and ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations.
• Working closely with roofers and multi-trade teams to complete installations efficiently.
• Recording completed work, uploading installation evidence, and reporting any issues using our CRM system (full training provided).

Personal Requirements - 

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
• At least 3 years' electrical experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience installing solar PV systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Aged 26 or over (due to company vehicle insurance requirements).

You will be required to travel as part of this role. 

Salary - £42-60k DOE.
