We're looking for a passionate Sommelier to join the team at a beautiful luxury countryside destination in Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a wine professional who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and wants to develop their knowledge within a highly regarded, food-led hospitality environment.

With a carefully curated and constantly evolving wine programme, quality and seasonality are at the heart of the experience. Working closely with an accomplished restaurant and kitchen team, you'll play a key role in delivering thoughtful, engaging and highly personalised wine service - from confident recommendations to seamless pairing and exceptional table-side hospitality.

The Role

As Sommelier, you will be an integral part of the restaurant team, using your knowledge and passion for wine to enhance the guest experience and deliver exceptional service.

You'll help shape the wine experience, guiding guests through the list, making considered recommendations and working closely with the kitchen to ensure wine and food come together beautifully.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a wine-focused hospitality role
• A genuine passion for wine and creating memorable guest experiences
• A strong foundation of wine knowledge and a desire to continually learn
• Confidence and enthusiasm when discussing wine and making recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A meticulous eye for detail and consistently high standards
• A positive, professional and team-oriented approach
• An interest in working collaboratively with chefs and the wider restaurant team
• WSET Qualifications
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and across a busy hospitality operation
