Spare Sales Coordinator 
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: up to £27,000
Full time | Office Based – one day from home | 8am – 4pm

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a leading engineering organisation with the recruitment of a Sales Coordinator to join their Spares team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive and customer-focused individual to join a growing business and develop their career within a technical sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing customer quotations accurately and efficiently.
• Responding to customer enquiries and ensuring a prompt turnaround.
• Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records on SAP and CRM systems.
• Building strong relationships with customers, agents and distributors.
• Following up quotations and supporting the conversion of enquiries into orders.
• Identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Supporting the sales team with general administration and customer service.

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or order processing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP or CRM systems would be advantageous.
• A customer-focused and collaborative approach.
