Spares Co-ordinator  required for long established engineering company based near Diss.

Working in the spares department as part of the after sales team, the successful candidate will undertake a varied role with responsibility for taking and processing orders for spare parts.

Duties will include:

  • Processing customer enquiries via phone or email for spares
  • Owning end-to-end sales process for spares, including liaising with customers and suppliers.
  • Requesting quotes from suppliers and processing purchase to the best price and quality
  • Producing quotations and following them up
  • Converting Enquiries to sales order
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are met

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role with manufacturing/engineering knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • IT Skills – must include word, excel, email and be familiar with MRP systems

c£29 – 32K depending on experience. 25 days holiday, onsite parking and workplace pension scheme. 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8.00am or 8.30am start to suit.
