Are you passionate about sport and inspiring young people? Whether you're an experienced Sports Coach, a recent Sports Science graduate, or have experience working with children through coaching, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team supporting secondary schools across Dudley.

This is a fantastic opportunity to turn your coaching skills into a rewarding career in education. We have a variety of day-to-day, long-term and temp-to-perm opportunities available to suit your availability.

The Role
You'll be working within secondary schools delivering PE lessons, leading sports activities, supporting classroom learning and helping students develop confidence, teamwork and resilience. You may also work as a Cover Supervisor, supervising lessons across a range of subjects when required.
We are looking for:
  • Sports Coaches with experience in any sport
  • PE or Sports Science graduates
  • Individuals with experience working with young people
  • Confident communicators with strong behaviour management skills
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable candidates
  • A full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential
What you'll be doing:
  • Delivering engaging sports and physical activity sessions
  • Supporting PE departments and extracurricular activities
  • Covering lessons when required
  • Encouraging participation, teamwork and positive behaviour
  • Building positive relationships with students and staff
