I'm working with a leading facilities management company to recruit a Static Electrical Building Services Engineer to look after a small portfolio of four commercial buildings in Canterbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in their work and wants a role offering stability, variety and a strong overall package.

The Role

As a Static Electrical Building Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for keeping four commercial buildings operating safely and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Fault-finding and repairs
• General electrical building services maintenance
• Carrying out PPMs and reactive works
• Ensuring equipment and systems are maintained to a high standard
• Some mechanical maintenance works
• Working closely with the client and wider facilities team
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and professionally

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 in Electrical Installations minimum
• 18th Edition
• Previous experience within commercial building services/facilities maintenance
• Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills
• Comfortable carrying out some mechanical works
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence
