Talented People Solutions are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Stock Replenishment Assistants to support a busy retail store in Burgess Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible temporary work, with both day and night shifts available.

You'll play an important role in ensuring the store is fully stocked, well organised, and ready for customers.

The Role

As a Stock Replenishment Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Replenishing stock on shelves
• Moving products using cages and trolleys
• Rotating stock and merchandising displays
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Assisting with store layouts and seasonal changes
• Ensuring shelves and displays are fully stocked and well presented
• Supporting the store team with general duties as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be reliable, punctual, and flexible with your availability
• Be comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet for extended periods
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have good attention to detail
• Have previous retail, warehouse, or stock replenishment experience (desirable but not essential)
• Have your own transport (beneficial due to shift times)
