This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and highly regarded retail brand, taking full responsibility for an established store and leading a passionate team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role would suit an experienced Store Manager, or an ambitious Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step in their career, who thrives in a premium retail environment and enjoys leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day management and performance of the store
• Drive sales growth and consistently deliver against commercial KPIs
• Lead, motivate and develop a customer-focused retail team
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey and premium shopping experience
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Manage stock control, replenishment and inventory accuracy
• Analyse store performance and implement initiatives to maximise sales and profitability
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Create a positive team culture that inspires engagement, accountability and success

What You'll Have

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Senior Retail Manager within premium fashion, footwear or luxury retail
• A proven track record of delivering sales targets and commercial success
• A customer-first mindset, with a proven ability to create memorable shopping experiences and build long-lasting customer relationships
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A genuine passion for fashion and styling
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret sales and performance data
• A proactive, hands-on management style with strong attention to detail
