Are you an experienced Store Manager looking for your next opportunity with a well-established and highly recognised retailer?

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager on behalf of a leading big-box retailer in Cookstown, Northern Ireland. Known for its extensive product range, fantastic promotions and strong reputation within the market, this is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and customer-focused business.

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, leading a team to deliver excellent customer service, achieve commercial targets and maintain high operational standards.

As Store Manager, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop a large retail team to achieve individual and store performance targets

• Take ownership of sales, KPIs and commercial performance

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure consistently high service standards

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing team development

• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales and profitability

• Maintain excellent visual, operational and merchandising standards

• Oversee stock management, deliveries and inventory processes

• Ensure company policies, procedures and health & safety standards are followed

• Motivate your team through effective communication, coaching and recognition

• Support the delivery of key promotions, campaigns and seasonal activity
