Stores Operative

We’re looking for a Stores Operative to join a manufacturing business in Droylsden.

This is a role suited to someone with stores or warehouse experience, as you will be supporting goods-in, stock control, kitting and general stores activity.

• £13.50 per hour
• 8-week temporary contract
• Mon – Thu | 8am – 4:30pm
• Fri | 8am – 12pm
• Weekly pay
• Early finish on Fridays

What will you be doing as a Stores Operative?

• Supporting kitting and Kanban activity
• Putting away raw materials, parts and components from goods-in
• Using handheld terminals
• Carrying out physical count checks
• Supporting PI counting
• Keeping stores areas clean, tidy and organised
• Following health and safety procedures

What will you need?

• 3+ years’ stores or warehouse experience
• Confidence working with stock, materials, parts or components
• A reliable and organised approach to stores work
