Stores Person

We are currently looking for a Stores Person to join our client’s growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous stores or warehouse control experience who is looking to work within a fast-paced and friendly environment.

As Stores Person, your main duties will include:

• Goods in – To receive all goods into the company
• Offloading/loading deliveries
• Carry out inspection of delivered goods for damage
• Booking deliveries into the computer system and allocating accordingly
• Help with packaging of goods for despatch
• Stock control – Ensure keeping of accurate stock records
• Occasional use of company van to deliver goods to local suppliers

Skills required as a Stores Person:

• Forklift licence is advantageous
• Full UK driving licence is advantageous
• Proficient IT skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Good level of literacy and numeracy
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

The details:

• £13.94 - £15.38 DOE
• Temporary to permanent position
• 8am – 5pm
• Monday to Friday
• Witney location so easily accessible
