Warehouse Operative

We're looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives, Pickers & Packers, Production Operatives and General Operatives to join our client's busy warehouse team in Yatton (BS49).

If you have experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, factory or labouring environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Morning Shift

• Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm
• £13.41 per hour (£12.91 + 50p hourly attendance bonus paid monthly)

Afternoon Shift

• Monday to Friday, 2:30pm – 10:30pm
• £14.70 per hour (£14.20 + 50p hourly attendance bonus paid monthly)

Choose a fixed shift – no weekly rotation.

Easy to Get To

• Close to Yatton train station - just 12 minutes by train from Bristol Temple Meads and 13 minutes by train from Weston-super-Mare, Worle and Milton
• Short drive from Clevedon, Nailsea, Congresbury, Backwell, Flax Bourton and Long Ashton
• Free on-site parking

What you'll be doing

• Picking and packing orders of heavy construction materials
• Handling products carefully to prevent damage
• Carrying out stock checks

What we need from you

• Prior experience in a similar, fast paced role – stores, warehouse, factory, production, manufacturing, labouring etc
• Comfortable with heavy lifting (25kg), repetitive movements, walking, standing, twisting and bending.
• Good communication and numeracy skills
