Structures Supervisor

Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, is looking for an experienced Structures Supervisor to join their team on a major highways infrastructure scheme.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day structural works, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
• Oversee bridge, culvert, retaining wall, reinforced concrete, and steelwork activities.
• Manage site operatives, subcontractors, and plant on site.
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, RAMS, and project specifications.
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress against programme.
• Deliver site briefings, inspections, and toolbox talks.

Requirements

• Experience as a Structures Supervisor or Civil Engineering Supervisor.
• Strong background in highways or major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with bridge, RC, steel, or other structural works.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manage site teams.
• Gold CSCS Card.
• SMSTS or SSSTS.
• First Aid at Work.
• Driving licence. 
• National Highways experience or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) is desirable.
