Are you an experienced Sub-Agent with a strong highways background and a track record delivering major civil engineering projects?
We are currently recruiting for a Consultant Sub-Agent to support the delivery of highways and civil engineering schemes in North East Lincolnshire, providing an excellent opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects.
The Opportunity
As a Sub-Agent, you will play a key role in supervising and managing civils works, working closely with the wider project team to ensure schemes are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highways and civil engineering, with experience managing or supervising projects valued at £5m+.
Key Requirements
·HNC/HND/BEng in Civil Engineering
·Proven Sub-Agent / Assistant Agent / Site Agent experience within highways or civil engineering
·Strong highways experience
·Experience supervising/managing civils projects valued at £5m+
·Knowledge of NEC4 construction contracts
·Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies
·CSCS Card
·SMSTS
·First Aid at Work
·Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
·Knowledge of programming software such as Asta Powerproject or MS Project
Desirable Qualifications
·SEATS
·TWC
·EUSR
What We're Looking For
You will be a collaborative and strategic thinker who can work effectively as part of a project team. Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly understand and follow company procedures are essential.
Experience across a broad range of civil engineering and highways projects will be highly advantageous.
