Supervisor
Matchtech
M O'BRIEN CIVIL ENGINEERING LTD, working in conjunction with Matchtech, is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join a tier 1 contractor's team in Norwich. This role is in the highways sector with a focus on water blue-collar work and offers a long term contract for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the earthworks on site
- Monitoring and managing the groundworks gangs
- Ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Coordinating with different teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Reporting on project progress to senior management
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role within the highways or construction sector
- CSCS (Gold) certification
- SSSTS certification
- Strong understanding of earthworks and groundworks operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work long hours, 07:00am-7pm, Monday to Friday
