We are seeking a Supplier Inventory Lead to manage supplier inventory, stock health and volumes to support sales forecasts and delivery. The role will involve monitoring stock levels, demand and supplier performance, managing multiple priorities, and working with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure inventory availability and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supplier inventory, stock levels, availability and forecasting against business requirements.
Monitor demand, usage trends, lead times and stock performance to identify potential shortages or risks.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams across Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance and Operations.
Manage supplier orders, priorities and dependencies to ensure timely delivery and availability.
Maintain accurate inventory records, reports and data to support governance and decision-making.
Monitor key supply chain KPIs including OTIF, inventory accuracy, stock-outs, supplier performance and cost.
Identify and resolve stock shortages, delays, discrepancies and supply issues.
Support continuous improvement across inventory, supplier management and supply chain processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing, provisioning or service logistics.
Strong understanding of lead times, demand planning and stock forecasting.
Experience using stock control or ERP systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills with good data analysis and numerical ability.
Experience managing multiple suppliers, orders and competing priorities.
