SALARY: £27,976 per annum + Benefits

LOCATION: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands - currently based in Beeston, with relocation to a new site near M1 Junction 27 planned for the end of 2026

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator to help coordinate materials and parts into the business, through stores and onwards to engineers, factories, end users and customer sites.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, field engineers and project managers to help maintain service levels and keep stock and orders moving efficiently.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will also support daily supply chain administration, goods movements, purchase orders, invoice processing and stock-related queries.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Supply Chain Coordinator include:

  • Coordinate Materials and Parts: Coordinate the supply chain of materials and parts into the business and through stores to end users or customers, ensuring smooth movement and processing

  • Maintain Stock Control: Maintain and control stock levels, including service stock, consumables, parts and overhead items, keeping stores organised, safe and efficient

  • Process Orders and Requests: Generate, process, amend and consolidate material and part orders, kit requirements, service requests and sales orders, ensuring details are accurate

  • Prepare and Despatch Orders: Prepare and despatch kits, service and sales orders to factories, on-vehicle engineers or customer sites, including picking parts for kit-builds

  • Monitor Supplier Deliveries: Log order acknowledgements, monitor supplier deliveries and help resolve delays, discrepancies or delivery issues

  • Manage Internal Stock Movements: Support workshop requests, RMAs, equipment requests, stock repairs, replacements, van stock replenishment and returns

  • Support Procurement Administration: Raise purchase orders, process commercial invoices, IRs and system entries, checking and resolving queries with Finance or suppliers

  • Maintain Professional Standards: Ensure procurement and supply chain activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in line with company policies and procedures

  • Cover Supply Chain Communications: Provide email coverage and action communications relating to supply chain, orders and stock management when required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or stock control environment

  • Experience with picking and packing and handling goods movements

  • Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Good communication skills when working with internal teams and external suppliers

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

  • A reliable and professional approach with high levels of integrity

  • GCSE-level education in English and Maths or equivalent
