Supply Chain Coordinator
£33-37K per annum, Portsmouth
We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage purchasing, maintain stock availability and identify supply risks early. This varied role offers clear development towards supply chain planning.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will:
  • Manage purchase orders from placement through to delivery.
  • Complete daily ERP tasks, resolve exceptions and follow up overdue orders.
  • Monitor stock against the supply plan and escalate availability risks.
  • Liaise with suppliers, resolve routine queries and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide timely updates and support the wider team when required.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with the Planner, you will take ownership of daily purchasing execution and develop your supply chain planning skills.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator with:
  • Experience in purchasing, supply chain, inventory or stock control.
  • Confidence using an ERP or stock-control system.
  • Strong organisation, accuracy and numerical skills.
  • Clear communication and a proactive, collaborative approach.
