Supply Chain Manager

Lead. Optimise. Deliver.

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operation and play a key role in driving operational excellence, customer service, and business growth.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead a team across planning, procurement, logistics, and materials management, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products from supplier to customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain function across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer fulfilment.
• Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Optimise inventory, forecasting, capacity planning, and service performance.
• Develop strong supplier relationships and ensure continuity of supply.
• Manage logistics, warehousing, and international trade compliance activities.
• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, cost, and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

The successful Supply Chain Manager

• Proven Supply Chain Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Experience leading S&OP, demand planning, and capacity planning processes.
• SAP and ERP/MRP systems experience.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

• Salary circa £55,000
• Bonus scheme to 10%
